2019 Vendor Application

January 7 – January 20 Early Registration 

Prior year participants have a 14 day exclusive early registration period for the 2019 Midnight Sun Festival. From now through January 20, all 2018 vendors will have the opportunity to reserve their 2018 booth space for 2019. If previous year vendors would like to change their booth location, they may pre register, but will not be confirmed in the new location until January 21. Please keep in mind that open registration for all vendors begins on January 21, 2019 and all booths not already reserved become available. Applications will be accepted through June, or until booths are sold out. Prices will increase by $50 after June 10, 2019.

January 21 – June Open Registration 

On January 21 all vendors may apply for the 2019 Midnight Sun Festival. All booths not reserved between January 7 – January 20 will become available for vendors to switch, or new vendors. On January 21 the registration link will not be password protected. 

 

June 10 

If booths are still available, prices will increase $50 per vendor. 

 

June 17 – June 23 

If the festival has any booth spaces available, we may be able to process vendors the week of the event. The best way of reserving a space is to fill out the vendor application with full payment and wait for confirmation. If you are denied we will refund your vendor application fee as soon as possible.
