Membership dues are based on the number of employees within your organization as follows:
             1 – 15 Employees   =  $120.00
             16 – 30 Employees  =  $200.00
             31 – 50 Employees  =  $300.00
                  51+  Employees   =  $400.00

Whether you choose to become a member or not, we need your input to make the revitalization of
