Please join us for a Red Carpet Event hosted by your UAF Community & Technical College Culinary Arts & Hospitality students, faculty and staff on Saturday the 27th of April 2019 at 5:00 in the evening.
The evening will begin with champagne and hor d’oeures followed by an 8-course dinner with wine pairing.
This is a fine dining experience prepared by CTC’s culinary students with a dessert and outcry auction which gives you the opportunity to help raise funds for our culinary student scholarships.
Net proceeds support the Chef Frank David Jr. Memorial Culinary Arts Scholarship.
Tickets are $110 each or $800 for a table of eight.

Requests for a refund or a change to ticket/table purchase must be made prior to the event. Such requests made after the event will not be honored.
Attendees must be 21 years or older unless accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or adult spouse.
