The festival is a free, family-friendly event that makes light of the darkest days of winter. In addition to the annual fireworks show, other events this week will include: a two-day crafts bazaar at the Morris Thompson Cultural & Visitor Center, winter lights walk in Griffin Park (alongside the Chena River), opportunities to take photos with reindeer, and Moose on the Loose —a small business scavenger hunt.
