Slide into your comfiest winter boots and zip-up your warmest winter jacket…it’s time to get ready for the 2025 Winter Solstice Festival!
If you’re new to Fairbanks or the downtown scene, the Winter Solstice Festival is about the best way to shake-off those mid-winter blues this December. Starting December 12, join locals and visitors alike for a week-long celebration featuring a holiday shopping bazaar, mushing track, winter lights walk, wndow decorating contest, and a reindeer paparazzi event (i.e. get your photo taken with one of Santa’s reindeer). The week culminates on December 20 for a special solstice fireworks show sponsored by Alyeska Pipeline.
Looking to make your mark downtown? Sponsoring the Winter Solstice Festival is a unique opportunity to connect with the wider Fairbanks community and boost brand visibility while supporting a unique, fun, family-friendly event. As a sponsor, you’ll reach a diverse audience of both locals and winter visitors, benefit from brand exposure through event signage and online promotions, and gain recognition across various social media channels.
We hope you’ll join and support us as Fairbanks celebrates the return of the sun!
