The Midnight Sun Festival is Saturday! Join us in downtown Fairbanks for the 44th Midnight Sun Festival — sponsored by Kinross Alaska. Here are some things to know:
- The Midnight Sun Festival runs from NOON to MIDNIGHT on June 20 — this Saturday!
- There will be 40+ live performances at four stages — the Toyota Stage (1st & Lacey), the Explore Fairbanks Stage (2nd & Cushman), the GOOD Cafe Stage (2nd & Noble), and the Alyeska Pipeline Stage (3rd Avenue).
- We will have 120+ food and retail vendors — that means there will be something for everyone!
- Exclusive festival t-shirts (with artwork designed by Brianna Reagan) are available in two colors (cream and blue); we also have a limited run of orange tanks tops for purchase! All will be available at our HQ booth on 2nd Ave in front of the Lathrop Building.
- Free parking is available all across downtown! If you are unsure where to park, please consult this map.
Events within the Midnight Sun Festival this year include:
- 3-on-3 basketball tournament from 11AM to 6PM
- Kendall Hero Games on Lacey St. from 3PM to 6PM
- Aerial silks performance by Golden Heart Performing Arts at 12:30PM, 2PM, 4:30PM, and 6PM
- Vernon L. Nash vintage car show in the Immaculate Conception Church parking lot from 11AM to 3PM
- Bounce house in the Mt McKinley Bank parking lot all day
- HooDoo Brewing Company beer garden in the Golden Heart Plaza all day
