We’re excited to announce Crimzen as this month’s musical entertainment! Crimzen is a band of vivacious rockers, and chances are you already know them.

Happy Trails Farm will feature a colorful selection of locally harvested veggies. This may be one of your last chances to bring home some of Alaska’s world renowned gigantic peony flowers, as well! Northern Lights Peonies Farm and Floral Design brings visions and aromas of pure bliss with their freshly arranged peony bouquets and peonies by the dozen, packaged in a floral sleeve.

Food vendors this month are the delectable and authentic Wok n’ Roll and M & T. Alaska’s favorite sandwich shop, The Great Alaska Cheese Steak Company, brings you cheese steaks with Hawaiin flare. The Master’s Table boasts authentic Louisiana fried catfish sandwiches, homemade tater tots, stuffed baked potatoes, and praline candies. Returning champion Burlesq BBQ will be back this month with their wildly popular pulled pork and brisket, as well as the Smash Burger, a Fairbanks favorite! Aunt Alice’s Old Time Sugar Corn is another near-and-dear Fairbanks favorite, and they’ll be out on Thursday as well.

LulaRoe is back this month with a perfect opportunity to shop for last-minute back-to-school clothes. The friendly and knowledgeable staff from Pakalolo are out this month as well, offering non-containing products. H2O makes an appearance this month, and an Arbonne representative will also be set up for all your beauty and skincare needs.

Non-profits are out in abundance this month representing Fairbanks’ diverse communities and needs. Borealis Big Bulls Derby + Raffle will be selling moose derby and raffle tickets to benefit TVSA youth shooting programs, and the UAF rifle team. Santa’s Helpers is a non-profit that raises money for households with children who are in need. Angel Gowns is a volunteer organization that accepts donated wedding gowns for use in fashioning hand-sewn baptismal and burial gowns for babies born still.

Stand for Salmon is also representing this week, with opportunities for you to learn about the initiative and check out their art sale, all supplied by local artists. Little Free Pantries, Fairbanks Housing and Homeless Coalition, and Interior Democrats are also setting up shop. You can register to vote right downtown this Thursday!
