Located at Hutchison Institute of Technology and operated by UAF Community and Technical College’s Culinary Arts & Hospitality Program, The Borealis Bistro was developed to create a ‘real-world’ training experience for CTC’s culinary arts students.
A Prix Fixe lunch is served from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., Thursdays during Spring Semester. The menu changes weekly. Entrees are served with side dishes, soup or salad and a beverage. A variety of appetizers, dessert, and espresso are also available.
For March 24, 2016, the theme is “Cajun Cuisine”.
