The National Park Service turns 100 in 2016. Students in the Fairbanks North Star Borough School District are helping us celebrate with art! Join us for an exhibition featuring artwork created in the classroom inspired by the natural beauty of Alaska’s national parks.
Over 800 K-6 students from 7 different schools participated in the Art for the Parks program.
Stop by the Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center from 3-8pm to view the art and create your own. Art work will be on display through the weekend for more to enjoy and view.
