The Downtown Association of Fairbanks will host an open house featuring several retail and office properties for lease downtown on Thursday, August 20th from 4:30-7PM.
The open house is a self-guided walking tour showcasing several retail and office properties for lease in the downtown core. Representatives of the properties will be onsite to answer questions. The Downtown Association will pay a grant to new tenants, in an amount equal to first months’ rent, not to exceed $3,000, on a first-come first-served basis on contracts of at least 12 months. Click here for full details.
