2012 Chef at the Market

Thanks to a generous grant from the Alaska Division of Agriculture, the Downtown Market hosted seven cooking demonstrations led by chefs and owners of nearby downtown restaurants during the 2012 Market season. The chefs prepared fresh dishes from Alaska Grown produce available that week at the Market, and provided free samples to Market patrons.
