2026 Midnight Sun Festival Volunteer Sign-Up Sheet

We have a variety of shifts available for volunteering — these shifts are spread among different days and hours and involve various duties. Please scroll down for more information. Volunteers make the Midnight Sun Festival happen, so thank you! As thanks, please accept one Festival T-shirt in purple or beige. Choose your size and color from the mock-up at the bottom of this form.

Friday, June 19

Set up on street. // Assist with things like: deploy traffic control devices; transport items to HQ booth; assemble HQ booth; assemble kiosks and place sand bags; prune in Golden Heart Plaza; secure areas for dumpsters and restrooms, etc. // MEET in front of the former VENUE, 514 2nd Avenue. Please bring gloves and rain gear if you wish. // For assistance day-of please call 907-378-1253.

Saturday, June 20 | 8:00am-MIDNIGHT

Headquarters Booth. // Assist with things like: sell Festival T-shirts, handle credit card and cash payments, answer questions. // MEET at Headquarters Booth on 2nd Avenue across from Big Ray’s. // For assistance day-of please call 907-378-1253. [VOLUNTEER SHIRTS NOT GUARANTEED AFTER 6PM]
